Q: DO YOU TAKE BREAKS IN BETWEEN TRANSITIONS?

A: No, we are contracted per hour and we work our scheduled and agreed

upon time. This includes traveling between venues, shooting establishing shots, drone work, etc.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR ESTIMATED TURN-AROUND TIME?

A: We never exceed past 6 weeks- and that’s usually during our peak season. I aim to give our clients their photos and videos in 3 weeks or less.

Q: DO I HAVE TO FEED YOU?

A: No, but if you do my team and I would definitely appreciate it. If you DO feed us, we ask that you PLEASE instruct (& we insist!) your caterer to feed us either first or at the same time as everyone else. This is to ensure that we have enough time to eat

and be ready to capture the main events (speeches/dances/etc.) when they start up again.

Q: CAN YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE FOR YOU AND YOUR TEAM?

A: Yes, I can provide insurance for myself and my team.

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOS

A: Post-production is the most time intensive part of your wedding as we work hard to ensure every image meets our artistic standard. Every video / photo has our custom look applied and is adjusted for things like brightness and optimal color.

Q: WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT THAN OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS/ VIDEOGRAPHERS?

A: I'm constantly investing in new equipment and learning new techniques to keep my work above and beyond what most people expect from a wedding photographer / videographer. I attend workshops, seminars, and wedding expos to keep me up-to- date with current styles and maintain my competitive edge.. I'm also a person, not a company- this means you know who will be taking care of you, no outsourcing. You have my direct phone number To reach me anytime- whether by phone or text.

Q: WHAT IF WE FALL BEHIND SCHEDULE ON MY TIMELINE, CAN YOU STAY LONGER THAN SCHEDULED?

A: Yes, but it will be at an additional cost. Please refer to our a la crate pricing for details.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY PAYMENT PLANS?

A: Absolutely. To fully reserve and book your date we require a 20% (non- refundable) retainer. Once that has been paid, you decide how much and how often you would like to make payments. However, on the day of the wedding event the

remaining balance must be paid in full. Exceptions do apply, please reach out for further details.
